About Simac

Simac Techniek NV, founded in 1971, is a socially involved technology company mainly active in the Benelux and Central Europe. Simac supports large and medium-sized organizations in the use of ICT and technology to improve business processes. In total, almost 1400 people work at Simac, spread over branches in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, France, Germany and England.

We are pleased to announce that in December 2020 SIMAC Techniek N.V., a Dutch ICT company, has acquired a majority stake in PHI DATA NV. Guy Couder will remain active within PHI DATA NV as managing director and shareholder.

Both companies see a number of opportunities because of the synergies: on the one hand, Simac sees its market share growing in Belgium and Luxembourg. On the other hand, the market in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic is opening up for advanced PHI DATA Smart Edge solutions. PHI DATA NV maintains its identity and will continue its activities as the Smart Edge solution integrator and service provider, aiming for accelerated growth and regional expansion plans!
